These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Geling Tech, operated by Shenzhen Yiren Network Co., Ltd. ("Geling Tech", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.本服务条款(下称"条款")约束你对格灵增长(由深圳伊人网网络有限公司运营,下称"格灵增长""我们")所提供服务的访问与使用。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。
1. The Service服务内容
Geling Tech provides tools to integrate the WhatsApp Business Platform and to deliver AI-assisted customer service, including knowledge-base replies, multilingual support, routing, and human handover. The Service relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta and on third-party AI providers.格灵增长提供对接 WhatsApp Business 平台并实现 AI 辅助客服的工具,包括知识库回复、多语言支持、分流与人工接管。本服务依赖 Meta 运营的 WhatsApp Business 平台及第三方 AI 服务商。
2. Eligibility & accounts资格与账号
You must be a business or an authorized representative of a business, and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.你必须是企业或企业的授权代表,并提供真实准确的注册信息。你须妥善保管账号凭证,并对账号下的全部活动负责。
3. Acceptable use可接受使用
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and Business Terms. You must not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass, deceive, or harm recipients, to send prohibited content, or to message users without a lawful basis or required opt-in.你同意遵守所有适用法律,以及 Meta 的 WhatsApp Business 消息政策、商务政策与商业条款。你不得利用本服务发送垃圾或未经请求的消息,不得骚扰、欺骗或伤害收件人,不得发送被禁止的内容,也不得在缺乏合法依据或必要的用户授权(opt-in)的情况下向用户发送消息。
4. Customer data & responsibilities客户数据与责任
You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and messages, and for obtaining any consent required to message your customers. You act as the data controller for your end-customer data; Geling Tech processes such data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.你对自己知识库与消息的内容负责,并须取得向客户发送消息所需的同意。你作为终端客户数据的控制者;格灵增长按我们隐私政策的描述代表你处理此类数据。
5. Fees & payment费用与支付
Paid features are billed according to the plan or contract you select. Fees may include usage-based charges (for example, message or AI token usage). Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been delivered.付费功能按你选择的套餐或合约计费。费用可能包含按用量计费的项目(例如消息或 AI token 用量)。除法律另有规定外,相应服务一经交付,费用不予退还。
6. Third-party platforms第三方平台
The Service depends on Meta and other third parties. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy decisions made by those platforms. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms.本服务依赖 Meta 及其他第三方。对于这些平台的变更、中断、暂停或政策决定,我们不承担责任。你对 WhatsApp 的使用还须遵守 Meta 的条款。
7. Intellectual property知识产权
Geling Tech and its licensors own all rights in the Service and its software. You retain ownership of your own content and data. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.格灵增长及其许可方拥有本服务及其软件的全部权利。你保留对自有内容与数据的所有权。WhatsApp 与 Meta 是 Meta Platforms, Inc. 的商标;我们与 Meta 无隶属或背书关系。
8. Disclaimers & liability免责与责任限制
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated replies may contain errors and should be reviewed by you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geling Tech's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.本服务按"现状"提供,不附带任何形式的保证。AI 生成的回复可能存在错误,应由你审核。在法律允许的最大范围内,格灵增长因本服务产生的累计责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内支付的费用为限。
9. Suspension & termination暂停与终止
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable platform policies. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.若你违反本条款或适用平台政策,我们可暂停或终止你的访问。你可随时停止使用本服务;部分条款在终止后继续有效。
10. Governing law适用法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of Shenzhen Yiren Network Co., Ltd.本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。争议应提交深圳伊人网网络有限公司所在地有管辖权的法院解决。
