This Privacy Policy explains how Geling Tech, operated by Shenzhen Yiren Network Co., Ltd. ("Geling Tech", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when our merchant clients use our WhatsApp Business messaging and AI customer-service services (the "Service"). We operate on the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. For data processed on behalf of a merchant (for example, the merchant's end-customer conversations), the merchant is the data controller and Geling Tech acts as a data processor. 5. Data retention数据保留
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Conversation and message data are retained for the period configured by the merchant, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
