Refund Policy退款政策

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Geling Tech (operated by Shenzhen Yiren Network Co., Ltd.) for our WhatsApp AI Customer Service and related SaaS services, including payments made through PayPal.本退款政策适用于向格灵增长（由深圳伊人网网络有限公司运营）支付的 WhatsApp AI 智能客服及相关 SaaS 服务费用，包括通过 PayPal 支付的款项。

1. Before your account is activated账号开通前

If you have paid but your account has not yet been activated or provisioned, you may request a full refund of the service fee within 7 days of payment. We will refund the amount to your original PayPal account.如你已付款但账号尚未开通或配置，你可在付款后 7 天内申请全额退还服务费。我们将把款项原路退回至你的 PayPal 账户。

2. After your account is activated账号开通后

Once your account has been activated, the first-month service fee covers setup and configuration work that has already been delivered and is therefore non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future monthly renewals; the current paid period will not be refunded but you will retain access until the end of that period.账号一经开通，首月服务费用于已交付的搭建与配置工作，因此不予退还。你可随时取消以停止后续月度续费；当前已付费周期不予退还，但你可继续使用至该周期结束。

3. Monthly renewals月度续费

Monthly renewal fees are charged for the upcoming service period. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before your renewal date. Renewal fees already charged for a period that has started are non-refundable.月度续费费用按即将到来的服务周期收取。如不希望被收取下一周期费用，请在续费日前取消。已开始周期的续费费用不予退还。

4. Third-party costs第三方费用

Costs paid to third parties — including advertising spend, platform fees, domains, servers, SSL certificates, paid plugins/themes, and AI token usage — are non-refundable once they have been incurred, as these amounts are paid out to the relevant providers.支付给第三方的费用——包括广告花费、平台费、域名、服务器、SSL 证书、付费插件/主题及 AI token 用量——一经产生即不予退还，因为这些款项已支付给相应服务商。

5. How to request a refund如何申请退款

Email gelingbi@163.com with the subject "Refund Request", your account name, the PayPal transaction ID, and the reason. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account, normally within 7–14 business days depending on PayPal processing times.请发送邮件至 gelingbi@163.com，主题填写"Refund Request"，并提供账号名称、PayPal 交易号及退款原因。我们将在 5 个工作日内审核并回复。审核通过的退款将原路退回至 PayPal 账户，通常在 7–14 个工作日内到账（具体取决于 PayPal 处理时间）。

6. Chargebacks & disputes拒付与争议

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Statutory consumer rights that apply to you are not affected by this policy.如你认为某笔扣款有误，请先与我们联系以便尽快解决。本政策不影响适用于你的法定消费者权利。
